Our founders gave us the power to prevent the collapse of the economy and reestablish control over Washington by pressuring our state legislators to amend the U.S. Constitution via a Convention of the States. Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Two thirds of the states must call a convention to propose an amendment.
Step 2 – State convention delegations must propose the amendment.
Step 3 – Three quarters of the states must ratify the amendment.
Using that power, we must pressure our state legislators to propose and ratify three amendments:
1. Balanced Budget Amendment
2. Fair Tax Amendment
3. Term Limits Amendment
